2/10What Terrasoft says about how Tab handles the access you give it. The five scores add up to a number out of 10, with no label.
A1Logins
Passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and “The AI receives an opaque credential ID… It does not receive the password”. Card data is not retained in plaintext.
A2Capturecapture undisclosed
Tab captures checkout screenshots (masked) and keeps session metadata and “action receipts”, with no stated retention period.
A3Memory
Tab “remembers where you left off”, but no page says how to see or delete that memory.
A4Where it runs
A standing cloud computer: “Tab has its own computer and browser”, with retention only “as long as reasonably needed”.
A5Exit
No export exists, only a request-based access right, with portability only where local law grants it. Tab runs in the cloud, so the on-device exception does not apply.

Access
Access is request-only — “You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity” — by email to Tab’s privacy address, with no self-serve view and no stated timeline.
Portability
No export tool is documented, and portability appears only as a conditional right: “Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights concerning access, deletion, correction, portability”.
Friction
Disconnecting accounts and revoking credentials are done by asking Tab, but access, correction and deletion all run through an emailed request with identity verification and no stated response time. No dark patterns are documented.
Deletion
Deletion is by request only, and retention runs “as long as reasonably needed”, with deletion “subject to legal, security, backup, and fraud-prevention requirements” and no post-deletion purge timeline.
Sells / shares
“We do not sell your personal information”, and sharing is limited to running Tab: “We share information only as needed to operate Tab, complete your request, protect the service, or comply with law”. No advertising partner is named.
Trains AI
The privacy policy is silent on whether Tab trains AI models on your messages, files or task data — it neither claims to nor commits not to. The terms license your content to “improve the service”.
